Your event can be in one of the following states:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Draft | Event is not visible to the public. You can still edit all details. Publish when ready. |
Published | Event is live and visible to attendees. Tickets can be purchased. |
Completed | Event date has passed. You can still view orders and attendee data. |
Cancelled | Event has been cancelled. Attendees should be refunded. |
Go to Edit Event → Update the date/time fields → Save changes
Go to Edit Event → Scroll to Tickets section → Add new ticket tier
Go to Staff Management → Add Staff → Share the access code with your team
Go to Orders & Attendees → View all purchases and attendee contact info
Go to Orders & Attendees → Find the order → Click Refund
Go to Check-in Dashboard → See real-time attendance as guests arrive
Go to your events list to access the management dashboard
